7-Day Window: You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original condition (with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase) within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged, broken, or altered due to customer mishandling or improper use.
Items without valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice).

How to Initiate a Return

Order number and date of purchase.
Detailed reason for the return (e.g., sizing issue, defective product).
Photos and videos of the product if the item is defective (required for quality-related claims).

Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request and email you return instructions (e.g., shipping address) if approved.
Ship the Item: Securely package the product and ship it back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale/discounted items are eligible for refunds only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
